One of my favorite summer outfit combinations is a basic top tucked into a bold patterned skirt. It’s a little bit vintage-inspired, but so comfortable for the warm weather! July Goals: A Summer Bucket List!

Frumpy to Fun: How I Remade a Thrifted Dress

On a recent trip to the thrift store, I ran across a dress made out of the prettiest fabric. It was a soft polka dotted rayon with a beautiful drape, and I loved the rich navy color. The dress itself was about as 90s as can be! It featured an oversized collar, shoulder pads, and was about three sizes to big for me. I thought it would be a fun challenge to try to remake the dress, so I bought it and brought it home. The fabric reminded me a lot of some of my favorite dress shops, and I came up with this vintage inspired redesign which I absolutely love!
